By creating an account and using Reclaim, you agree to what follows.
What Reclaim is, and is not
Reclaim is a self-tracking tool. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of them. Nothing in the app is a clinical assessment, and no part of it should be relied on as treatment. If your use of pornography is affecting your life in ways you cannot manage alone, please speak to a qualified professional.
If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. Reclaim cannot help with that and is not monitored.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.
Subscriptions and payment
Reclaim requires an active subscription. There is no free tier.
- Payment is taken by Google Play or the App Store, not by us. We never see your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period.
- Cancel through your store account settings. Deleting your Reclaim account does not cancel a subscription.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the period already paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play and Apple under their own policies, and those policies take precedence over anything here. You may also have statutory rights that cannot be signed away, and nothing in these terms limits them.
- Prices may change. Any change applies from your next renewal and you will be told in advance.
Your content
What you write in Reclaim stays yours. We claim no ownership of it, and we do not read, analyse, publish or train anything on it. We store it so the app can show it back to you, and that is all. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or other people's accounts, and do not use Reclaim for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability
We aim to keep Reclaim running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. It depends on services we do not control, including the app stores and Google Cloud. We may change or discontinue features; if we ever discontinue the app, we will give notice and time to export your data.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Reclaim is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect, and continuing to use Reclaim after that means you accept them.
