Understand the pattern, not just the streak.
Reclaim tracks the days — then shows you which ones were at risk and why. A counter tells you how far you have come. It does not tell you what keeps pulling you back. This does.
Android first. iOS to follow.
What it does
-
A streak that counts in real time
Days, hours, minutes and seconds, with the next milestone always in view. Thirteen milestones from the first night to a full year.
-
A toolkit for the moment it hits
Box breathing, grounding, your own reasons in your own words, and physical actions that break the cue. Built for one-handed use at 1am.
-
Patterns, not shame
Which weekday, which hour, which trigger precedes a reset. Logging a slip is treated as information, never as a verdict.
-
Daily check-in
Mood, energy, sleep and urge level in thirty seconds. After a fortnight it surfaces things you would not notice day to day.
-
Locked and private
Optional fingerprint or face unlock. No ads, no trackers, nothing about you sold to anyone. Export or delete everything whenever you want.
-
Quiet by default
One evening check-in, one heads-up during the late-night window, and a note when you reach a milestone. Nothing else.
Inside the app
Why Reclaim isn’t free
There is no free tier and no ad-supported version. That is deliberate, and it is the same reason the app works.
On the night it gets hard, deleting a free tracker costs you nothing — and that is precisely the night most people delete one. Putting money behind a decision changes it. The streak stops being a number on a screen and becomes something you chose and paid for.
It also means you are the customer rather than the product. No ads, no analytics sold on, nothing about you handed to anyone. The only thing funding Reclaim is people who want it to work.
A word on what this is
Reclaim is a self-tracking tool. It is not therapy, and it is not medical advice. It can show you your own patterns and give you something to do in a difficult moment — it cannot replace professional help. If this is affecting your life in ways you cannot manage alone, speaking to a qualified professional is worth it, and worth more than any app.
